The Opportunity

In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Bullivants portfolio while supporting to deliver on a compelling customer offer and value add approach. You will work alongside the Sales Team to identify opportunities to convert leads with your proactive approach.

Tasks of the role:

-         Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market

-         Proactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customers

-         Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets

-         Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns

-         Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs

Some of the skills required:

-         Previous BDM or Sales experience (preferred experience in mining or heavy machinery)

-         Preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets

-         Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence

-         Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers

-         A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers

-         High level written and verbal communication

-         A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Eastern Creek. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel across the designated territory.
