In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the broader Bullivants network with solution support and inventory balancing to ensure right product, right place for customers. Collaborating with the broader Category, Sales, and Operations Teams you will be processing purchase orders and liaising with domestic suppliers to ensure information is up to date.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. The preferred location is Bullivants Welshpool, Bullivants Eastern Creek may also be considered for the right candidate.
Some of the tasks:
- Act as an information conduit for Bullivants Network and product and supply information from our domestic supply partners
- Ensure timely response to request tickets from the Bullivants Network and ensure they are maintained within acceptable levels through exemplary internal customer service.
- Raise purchase orders and internal movement orders to suit networks’ requirements
- Updating item maintenance file with relevant information as required
- Local sourcing of pricing and lead times with non-contracted local suppliers
- Provide network with solution support & inventory balancing to deliver right product, right place inventory service
- Liaise with local suppliers on dates of supply while keeping the ASW In-house System up to date
Some of the Skills:
- Exposure to ASW
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously & within a team
in a stand-alone, autonomous role - Comfortable performing high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Analytical mindset and the ability to problem solve
