Responsibilities 

• Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email 
• Providing product demonstrations within our showroom 
• Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner 
• Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised. 

 Our Ideal Candidate will have 

• Communicates confidently in person, on the phone and by email 
• Enjoys asking questions and finding solutions 
• Is comfortable learning how to interpret drawings and technical enquiries 
• Wants to build genuine, long-term customer relationships 
• Brings initiative, drive and a solutions-based approach to sales
