A great starter role in Category, the Category Coordinator will contribute to the day-to-day operations by supporting the broader Category Team with resourcing and the execution of Category strategy. Overall, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and the maintenance of database records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What’s involved in the role:

  • Support the Product Managers and National Category Manager with daily operations
  • Action request allocation to relevant Product Managers via Jira
  • Create and maintain part and product information within product database
  • Provide vendor data maintenance within relevant database
  • Provide reporting on an as needs basis to the team
  • Ensure compliance with process and broader business governance

The skills required:

  • Previous experience in administration or data entry role
  • Exposure to data management practices
  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting the broader team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly excel)
  • High level written and verbal communication
  • Experience in heavy lifting and rigging advantageous
