Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s ready to take our customer partnerships to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is more than just a sales role. As a BDM, you’ll be the face of Bullivants in your territory, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored Lifting & Rigging solutions that make a real difference to our customers. You’ll work closely with a high performing sales team and have the autonomy to shape your week and your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within your market
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate on local marketing and technical campaigns
- Work hands on with customers to deliver specialised lifting and rigging solutions
What You Bring
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles with a focus on solution selling
- Knowledge of the lifting and rigging industry is highly desirable
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for growth
- Thrives in fast paced, dynamic environments where agility and responsiveness are key
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A solution oriented approach to customer challenges
- A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
