We are seeking an Internal Accounts Representative to join our team in Welshpool. The role will be primarily internally based to service new and existing accounts with an aim to obtaining maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction. Achieve both sales and trading margin growth, while developing strategies to improve customer service levels.

 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Welshpool.

Some of the tasks:

  • Assist the Customer Service Officers with sales orders, phone and email comms as required
  • Support with pricing level optimisation across portfolio to maximise sales and margin
  • Resolve queries and ensure first contact resolution to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions where required
  • Support with customer complaint resolution across relevant portfolio
  • Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis
  • Support Business Development Manager’s in generating customer contracted pricing and being part of the ongoing management and review
  • Work in conjunction with support functions such as supply chain & category to obtain quick turnaround on pricing and/or product support
  • Support the achieving of budgeted sales for the Welshpool branch
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intel to the Sales Manager

  • Experience in customer service either face to face, or over the phone
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • High level attention to detail
  • Good written, verbal communication and computer skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with a commercial focus
  • The ability to confidently communicate, influence and negotiate
  • Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome
