You will be at the forefront of building business and growing the Bullivants portfolio, delivering on our compelling customer offer and value add approach. You’ll nurture existing accounts while expanding our presence across your territory: playing a hands-on role in bringing tailored solutions to life.

Skills required:
- Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role (crane or construction industry preferred)
- Proactive, energetic, and ambitious mindset to building and maintaining market share
- Willingness to be on the ground face to face with customers
- Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly
- Commercial mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes
- Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license
Tasks of the role:
- Grow market presence by identifying opportunities for business growth to convert leads
- Deepen relationships with new and existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging
- Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
- Support the Marketing and Category Teams with campaigns to build brand visibility
- Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs
- Maintain accurate records and insights via CRM and reporting tools
