As the Height Safety Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a specialised, high impact portfolio which will combine your technical expertise, on the ground influence, and commercial decision making. You’ll be the trusted expert our customers rely on, bringing solutions to life with a focus on safety and compliance across our customer environments. This is a great hybrid role blending sales acumen with technical know-how.

About you:

  • Strong experience in height safety systems or a similar regulated environment
  • Solid understanding of relevant standards and compliance requirements
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting or influencing sales outcomes
  • Comfortable working autonomously in the field and with stakeholders
  • Detail oriented, proactive and solutions focused
  • Confidence with engaging customers and influencing decisions

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the technical authority for height safety solutions across customer sites
  • Work with the Sales Team to shape solutions, quotes, and tenders that win business
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
  • Support and guide the Field Services team on installations and standards
  • Ensure installations meet regulatory and safety compliance standards
  • Lead rectification and improvement initiatives where needed
