Your Opportunity
As an FST Supervisor, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market. You will provide inspection and testing services, and technical advice to our customers whilst supporting the Field Services team in delivering safety, service, and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To inspect, assemble, service and or test wire ropes, slings, chain slings and other lifting, rigging or safety products both on and off-site
- Lead and display safety behaviours at all times and take all reasonable care for the health and safety of all people and then environment at work
- Mentor, coach and train existing and new team members to meet and exceed their performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting sales leads
To be successful, you will have:
- A current driver’s licence is required and forklift licence
- Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must)
- Strong time management skills with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task focus on completion of allocated tasks
- Ability to multi-task as necessary during busier periods
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential
