As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly voice and trusted advisor! You’ll be supporting our customers across phone, email, and in-branch enquiries working with the Sales Team to enhance our offering – all while leveraging your skills to grow and develop your career.
Based in our Adelaide branch in Gepps Cross, this is a permanent, full-time role with a national brand (backed by Wesfarmers) where you’ll be working amongst a friendly and supportive team of stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
No two days look the same – you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience by:
- Responding to sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email
- Building engaging relationships with our customers and internal teams everyday
- Processing and data entry of orders, quotes, and end-to-end customer interactions
- Providing product-based information and cross-selling where relevant
- Ensuring requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
Skills you’ll bring
- Experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment
- Ability to work unsupervised within a small team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
- Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry welcomed but not essential
