Looking to continue your career growth in sales or customer service?

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing orders, and working closely with Sales and the Warehouse Teams to deliver the right solutions. It’s a hands-on role, where you’ll learn the business end-to-end, while building valuable skills for the long term.

About you:

  • Customer facing experience (either retail, sales or administration)
  • A people first mindset – you enjoy helping others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable with computer software and systems
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • Forklift ticket desirable
  • Brings a positive attitude and contributes to a respectful workplace culture

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-branch
  • Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs
  • Prepare and process quotes, orders, and enquiries
  • Work closely with the Sales and Warehouse Teams to deliver great outcomesSpot opportunities to add value or upsell where appropriate
  • Keep things running smoothly by staying organised and proactive
