The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our supportive team at our Port Hedland branch!

This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact in-store. Your friendly communication and organisation skills will be crucial to creating a wonderful customer experience!

This is a permanent 8:00am to 4:00pm opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-branch
  • Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs
  • Prepare and process quotes, orders, and enquiries
  • Work closely with the Sales and Warehouse Teams to deliver great outcomes
  • Spot opportunities to add value or upsell where appropriate
  • Keep things running smoothly by staying organised and proactive

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • Previous experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment is desirable but not required)
  • Clear and friendly communication manner
  • Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to WA workplace guidelines)
