The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our supportive team at our Port Hedland branch!
This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact in-store. We’re seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the role
- Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial products
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloor
- Support stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activities
- Safely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)
- Identify and escalate customer or operational issues when needed
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment)
- Strong face-to-face communication skills and customer service manner
- Proactive and reliable personality traits with an emphasis on wanting to make your workplace better
- Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to WA workplace guidelines)
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-branch
- Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and enquiries
- Work closely with the Sales and Warehouse Teams to deliver great outcomesSpot opportunities to add value or upsell where appropriate
- Keep things running smoothly by staying organised and proactive
