The role
As a Creative Programs Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative, research and program support to the Creative and Community Partnerships team. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of a range of creative and community programs. Including Lord Mayor’s Photographic Awards, Outdoor Cinema in the Suburbs, BrisAsia Festival and Lord Mayor’s Senior’s Christmas Parties.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, working with data and systems, and supporting programs and events that create positive outcomes for communities.
To be successful you will:
· support and coordinate creative and community programs and events, helping bring initiatives from planning through to delivery and evaluation
· provide high-quality project, administration and financial support, ensuring efficient processes, accurate records and strong business outcomes
· gather insights and analyse information to inform decision-making, track outcomes and support continuous improvement
build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, delivering responsive service and contributing to positive community impact
Creative and Community Partnerships is a dynamic, fast paced environment. This role would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail, and organisational skills, and a passion for creative and cultural programs that enrich Brisbane lifestyle and leisure opportunities.
