Information Services branch (ISB) delivers digital and information technologies to maintain and enhance Council’s information, processes and systems, and enable data driven insights to improve decision-making and customer experience.

The Role

The RIMS Functional Support Team in Information Services has an opportunity for a Functional Support Officer.

This role supports the day-to-day operations and administration of RIMS & Coreland systems and provides functional and system support to users of the systems.

In this role you will be responsible for offering various support services to customers using systems such as Revenue Information Management System (RIMS), Core Land Database (CLD), and Properties on the Web.

The role supports delivering systems enhancements and other ICT Projects through user acceptance testing of varying functionality changes, and providing advice, feedback and improvement suggestions to assist the team leader.

You will be joining a hard-working, collaborative team specialising in providing quality ICT customer support
