Transport Assets and Operations (TAO) has a key role to play in planning and maintaining Council's transport network and in implementing the Transport Plan for Brisbane to enable the efficient and sustainable movement of people and freight.

We are all about keeping Brisbane moving, whether that's by using our road network or riding, walking or scooting along one of our many bikeways and shared paths.

To be successful you will have:

  • demonstrated experience building and maintaining data models and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • proven ability to analyse complex datasets and deliver accurate, insightful reporting that supports strategic decision‑making
  • hands‑on experience writing data queries using SQL, DAX and Power Query M
  • the ability to translate complex data into clear visualisations, dashboards and stories for diverse stakeholders
  • good analytical, problem‑solving and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on teamwork, continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
