To be successful you will have:

  • demonstrated experience providing high-quality professional advice, interpretation and insights to senior management on complex corporate strategy, planning, performance and governance matters
  • highly developed analytical, research and problem-solving capability to synthesise complex information, identify emerging or contentious issues, and develop practical, well-reasoned options and recommendations for resolution
  • proven ability to build strong relationships, influence effectively, and motivate others to achieve key work priorities
  • exceptional verbal, written and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to research, prepare and present high-quality briefings, reports and presentations, effectively influence and liaise with senior executives and managers
