The Information Services branch (ISB) at Brisbane City Council are seeking multiple visionary and experienced Senior Business Analysts to drive delivery excellence across our strategic ICT portfolio. To do this, we’re building a pre-identified talent pool of interested and capable candidates to be considered for current and future opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis efforts to tackle real-world problems with innovative ICT solutions
- Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and presentations to uncover what really matters
- Expand and document business and functional requirements to inform solution options, that deliver value and drive change
- Champion business analysis as a discipline and mentor others to grow their skills.
- Influence strategic decisions across multiple business areas with a focus on innovative options to resolve complex issues
- Help build best-practice standards and contribute to our evolving ICT strategy
