Branch: Compliance and Regulatory Services  

Salary Range: Band 4 $86,107 - $92,436 + Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time positions) 

Work type: Temporary Full-time 

Duration: Up to 12 months (Potential Extension/s thereafter but not guaranteed). 

Location: Green Square  

Our Branch  

The Compliance and Regulatory Services (CARS) Branch contributes to the health, safety and amenity of Brisbane through a range of licensing and best practice regulatory services. These services are related to Parking Compliance, environmental health, land use and built environment, animal management, asset use and the natural environment, to maintain the liveability, vibrancy and accessibility of Brisbane. 

The Role  

As a Regulatory Outcome Coordinator within the Compliance and Regulatory Services branch at Brisbane City Council, you will be instrumental in managing complaints, ensuring timely job closure, and maintaining accurate records to uphold the branches high standards of customer service. 

Additionally, you will 

  • oversee the allocation, servicing, and general coordination of the parking fleet 
  • manage the asset register, orders, scheduling and overall asset maintenance 
  • provide vital operational support to supervisors 
  • assistance with school zone planning and delivery. 

Your role will involve comprehensive administrative support and meticulous record-keeping to assist in the smooth operation of parking enforcement services. 

We are seeking highly agile and resilient individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery through effective time management and prioritisation. As a key team member, you will excel in coaching colleagues, coordinating workloads, and accurately producing various documentation and important reports.  

A deep understanding of legislation and regulations is crucial in driving continuous improvement efforts successfully while maintaining service standards and supporting team members in meeting performance objectives.
