Salary Range: Band 6 $116,089 - $128,453 + Superannuation 

(Remuneration stated is for the full-time positions) 

Work type: Temporary full-time

Duration: Up to 12 months (extension/s thereafter but not guaranteed)

Location: Green Square, other locations and working from home

Corporate Services provides the foundations that enable Council to deliver for Brisbane. Bringing together a diverse range of functions including people, finance, procurement, property, information services, safety and support services, we work collaboratively across the organisation to drive good governance, service excellence and sustainable outcomes for our community.

Support Services is the engine room that helps keep Council running smoothly. Through a centralised service model, we provide essential business, people, finance and operational support services that enable teams across Council to focus on delivering great outcomes for the Brisbane community.

About Our Team

Our team has two levels of recruitment professionals: Talent Consultants and Talent Partners. Both roles provide diversity, exposure to a variety of roles as well as diverse and interesting customers. Talent Consultants facilitate general recruitment and bulk campaigns while Talent Partners will also be required to manage more senior talent sourcing, including executive recruitment.

The role

As a Talent Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across a diverse range of business areas, providing expert recruitment advice, developing innovative attraction strategies and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes that make a real impact on our city.

You'll have the opportunity to influence workforce decisions, leverage market insights and talent data, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Council.   • proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition solutions
  • strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • the ability to analyse workforce data and provide valuable talent insights
  • a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-performing team.
