Salary Range: 

Band 5 $91,900 - $104,172 per annum + superannuation

Band 6 $108,005-$119,507 per annum + superannuation 

(Remuneration stated is for full-time positions) 

Work type: Temporary full-time

Duration: Up to 12 months (extension/s thereafter but not guaranteed)

Location: Fortitude Valley, other locations and working from home 


Our Branch

Within Support Services, Employee Services operationalise Council's HR processes managing the delivery of recruitment, learning and development and general HR functions and include payroll services across all areas of Council. We work closely with our process owners in the People and Culture branch.  

We have an active and engaging social club, encouraging connection through innovative activities and events throughout our working weeks. 

About our team

Our team has two levels of recruitment professionals: Talent Consultants and Talent Partners. Both roles provide diversity, exposure to a variety of roles as well as diverse and interesting customers. Talent Consultants facilitate general recruitment and bulk campaigns while Talent Partners will also be required to manage more senior talent sourcing, including executive recruitment.

The role

Our clients cover the entire organisation across more than 400 different role types, ranging from apprentices, urban planners, arboriculturists and trades roles, project managers, solicitors, accountants, bus operators, executive positions, engineers and communication professionals, to name a few. Your ability to source talent across a variety of roles and industries will be highly valued.

  • demonstrated experience with utilising an effective suite of sourcing techniques and tools to manage a variety multiple concurrent end-to-end recruitment processes for roles from entry level to executive
