The Role
The Principal Change Analyst role leads the strategic planning and execution of change initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximising adoption of benefits realisation.
To be successful you will have:
- ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence
- demonstrated experience in fostering an agile workforce, through coaching, mentoring and day-to-day guidance
- significant experience in delivering innovative process improvements to increase business performance and enhance customer experience
- demonstrated expertise in developing, leading and managing organisational change management programs and activities in a large cross functional organisation, resulting in the achievement of organisational change outcomes
- highly developed written communication skills to create, and guide others to create, a range of communication tools, including strategies, plans, reports, models and presentations
- demonstrated ability to oversee or manage the planning, designing and delivery of projects focussed on business, cultural and operational improvements, using a recognised methodology
- well-developed ability to design and deliver facilitated meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to share knowledge and ideas, resolve conflicts and achieve project outcomes
- advanced knowledge in business planning and process management, with demonstrated ability to provide professional consultancy services, develop and deliver capability building frameworks, initiatives and tools
- experience in leading the development and implementation of business planning and process management strategies, plans and activities, using recognised systems and methodologies.
