Salary Range: Band 5 $95,356 - $108,078 + Superannuation 

(Remuneration stated is for the full-time positions)

Our comprehensive knowledge of project services and assets enables us to communicate and negotiate for the best long-term options to meet the needs of the rate payers and residents of Brisbane. Construction delivers an extensive range of high-quality specialist services in the areas of infrastructure, stormwater drainage, bridge maintenance, transport network technologies, trades and land remediation. ​​​​​​​

The Role

This is your chance to oversee and coordinate maintenance, asset performance, and legislative and workplace health and safety compliance, whilst contributing directly to the well-being of the Brisbane community. This role will be a mix of office and site-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • proactively manage facility maintenance and asset performance to the highest standards
  • ensure workplace health and safety compliance is upheld throughout all operations
  • coordinate projects and initiatives to enhance the functionality of Council facilities
  • liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services efficiently
  • provide timely reports and identify operational issues for swift resolution.

To be successful you will have:

  • proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably using SAP
  • strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  • demonstrated ability to deliver results within specified timeframes
  • qualifications or experience in facility management or project management, along with experience with building systems, trades and/or regulatory compliance would be advantageous.
