The Role

The Business Process Analyst ensures effective delivery of processes and projects within the People Services function. Responsibilities include managing system workflows, responding to stakeholder queries, generating reports, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will support strategic objectives through research, analysis, identifying process improvements, and delivering operational efficiency solutions.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • support the operational management of HR process including probation & performance leadership
  • deliver timely, customer-focused advice and support
  • collaborate with leadership to achieve performance goals and personal growth
  • research and analyse data to inform process and project decisions
  • document and coordinate efficient, human-centered business processes.

To be successful you will have:

  • experience supporting People and Culture operations (such as probation and performance processes), underpinned by knowledge of process management methodologies and tools
  • strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability develop business requirements, document processes, and provide well-informed recommendations
  • well-developed project management and organisational skills, balancing priorities and collaborating across initiatives
  • excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and collaborate to achieve outcomes.
  • knowledge of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors functionality.
