The Information Services Branch (ISB) facilitates this by providing cost-effective ICT services, developing strategies aligned with Council's objectives, and overseeing ICT projects. ISB ensures efficient, flexible ICT solutions for daily operations, focusing on improving efficiency and customer service. The branch drives innovation to assist Council areas in achieving the Brisbane Vision, playing a vital role in enhancing business functions and community benefits. ISB collaborates with stakeholders to deliver Council's vision and leads innovation initiatives to support business areas in achieving their goals under the Brisbane Vision.
The Role
Join Brisbane City Council as a Release Coordinator, where you will coordinate the development and execution of ICT release deployment plans. Lead the team in ensuring endorsement of plans by project staff, technical teams, and service providers, managing the execution of approved plans. Monitor change management processes, liaise with stakeholders, and provide education on deployment and change management processes for continual improvement of service quality. Work with Portfolio Delivery Managers, business units, and vendors to enhance communication and achieve organisational goals, contributing to efficient ICT service delivery at Brisbane City Council.
