The Role

Are you an experienced professional with strong coordination, research, and mentoring skills looking to make an impact in regulatory operations?

Brisbane City Council is seeking a motivated Regulatory Outcomes Coordinator to support officers in the field through research, investigations, and the delivery of high-quality operational outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Council’s commitment to excellence in service delivery, helping to ensure effective regulatory outcomes and high operational standards across the branch.

To be successful you will have:

  •  proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to performance excellence and providing constructive feedback
  • demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer outcomes with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • experience mentoring, coaching, and providing technical advice to team members in a multi-skilled environment
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • ability to prepare clear and accurate reports, correspondence, and submissions related to requests and applications
  • sound knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to Council’s regulatory functions
  • research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support team members in a technical and operational context.

Benefits of working for Council include:

  • flexible working hours, and flexible arrangements
  • free gym and wellness centre
  • award winning superannuation fund
  • generous leave provisions
  • competitive salary.
