Support Services provides Council's key support functions under a centralised model, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations so that more resources can be focused on front-line service delivery. We provide a wide range of support to all areas of Council, playing a crucial role in driving operational success across the organisation.
As the Solutions Centre Operations Coordinator, you will provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Solutions Centre team, with a focus on team performance, queue management, and the effective operation of the knowledge base. The role includes responsibility for reporting on data and metrics to support informed decision-making, and works collaboratively with stakeholders, business partners and process owners to enhance systems, processes and services across functions such as human resources, procurement, finance, and asset management.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong track record in driving high-quality service delivery within fast-paced customer service environments. You will bring experience in coordinating operations, including rostering and resource allocation, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams towards performance goals. Your strengths will include working autonomously, maintaining a strong focus on people and team development, and analysing operational data to assess performance against KPIs and support continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build productive relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
This role will require a criminal history check.
