Our Branch
Information Services branch (ISB) supports and enables nearly all of Council’s day-to-day activities and services through efficient, flexible and innovative ICT solutions. We lead the ICT strategy that supports the business objectives of Council as a whole, as well as information management and ICT service delivery in Council.

- collaborate across ISB and Council to embed best practices in project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- drive innovation and continuous improvement in how we deliver digital experiences that truly benefit everyone – our people, our customers and Brisbane.

- proven experience managing large-scale ICT projects in complex environments
- deep understanding of project governance, assurance frameworks, and stakeholder management
- highly developed knowledge of key project delivery disciplines
