Our Business
Corporate Services support, equip and help guide Council to deliver the Brisbane Vision through centralised corporate services and a customer-focused approach.
Our Branch
Information Services branch (ISB) delivers digital and information technologies to maintain and enhance Council’s information, processes and systems, and enable data driven insights to improve decision-making and customer experience.
The Role
This role leads the release coordination activities for the Infrastructure Domain Programs series of projects to ensure high-quality, reliable changes are delivered. Working across multiple projects this role involves developing comprehensive deployment run sheets, owning release management activities, having a deep understanding of release processes and procedures, presenting proposed changes for major projects within change board forum and identifying opportunities for process improvements, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
To be successful you will have:
- in-depth knowledge of change management process
- experience in release coordination or release management with exposure to complex systems and release planning
- strong knowledge of technical change management governance models and processes
- proficient in Jira/Confluence
- experience coordinating, chairing and taking minutes in meetings
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
