OVERVIEW 

A Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for delivering top quality campaign work for some of our biggest clients and will be working across all brands and channels. You will be able to make content at every budget level and package up shoots internally. You will believe in the power of ideas, design and communication in order to create well-crafted brand experiences across all platforms. 

THE TASK AT HAND 

The Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for: 

  • Ensuring work is of excellent quality and delivered on time and on budget. 
  • Being agile at all times, some projects are shoot and export same day 
  • Prioritising workload to ensure demands are met and managed. 
  • Proactively provide creative production input to creative teams that will enhance the idea. 
  • Working closely with relevant PR and TBWA account management and creative teams, ensuring effective communication and management of team’s expectations. 
  • Working with account teams to understand the clients brand and produce   appropriate and innovative solutions that will support the delivery of the agency’s brand. 
  • Demonstrating competitive cross quoting with external suppliers. Maintaining the highest quality and cost efficiencies. 
  • Maintaining tight control of project budgets and deadlines and communicate issues immediately to the team. 
  • Managing all administration (estimates, job specs) and attend all project meetings as required. 
  • Ensuring financial administration is of a high standard and dealt with on time. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA 

Skills:

  • At least 5-7 years’ agency experience in all areas of production, specifically content videos (packaged up internally) large brand integrated productions and stills, OOH 
  • Being a client-facing project leader, owning admin and production processes from setup to wrap 
  • Budget creation, management and reconciliation 
  • Creating and managing project timelines from brief to delivery, including shoot and post schedules 
  • Coordinating and booking crew, equipment, travel 
  • Overseeing edits, finishing and delivery 
  • Advertising/marketing communications agency experience required 
  • Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills 
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across the above disciplines at any one time 
  • Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions. 

Knowledge:

  • Experience and knowledge in content production and larger brand integrated productions, relationships and knowledge around Australian and International production companies 
  • Basic digital production knowledge 
  • Thorough knowledge of standard office software applications including Keynote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & BCC systems.
