THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the day to day leadership of key Melbourne based accounts to deliver outstanding end to end client relationships, work and experience to your client portfolio.
An active role within our client leadership team helping evolve our client leadership proposition and delivery approach.
Working with our Sydney based national specialists to ensure all your Melbourne based clients have access to the very best of Bohemia and M&C Saatchi Group Australia. Integration and collaboration with M&C Saatchi Group companies in Melbourne to drive collective growth.
A snapshot of what you'll do -
- This role leads our end to end client experience for key Melbourne based clients.
- You set the standards for everything we deliver to clients. If our ‘work’ in any area isn’t up to scratch we need you to highlight this and let us know where we are under delivering and help our specialist leads raise the floor and lift the ceiling.
- You'll be hungry for growth for our clients and Bohemia, we must grow with our clients and drive incremental revenue year after year.
- You will have end to end responsibility for key Melbourne based clients including client revenue, forecasting, delivery and growth as well as ensuring your team are motivated and happy

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Experience leading clients and managing teams
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels
- A breadth of different client category experience
- Ideally experience at a BD level but we are open to the right candidate stepping up into this role
