The Opportunity - Search Manager
The Search Manager is able to take the lead in authoring & presenting Search Recommendations and Blueprint plans and owning the work from brief right through to PCR's, developing learnings for future activity.
You’ll have the opportunity to manage a successful team who are committed to achieving M&C Saatchi group and Bohemia big ambitions together.
A snapshot of what you'll do -
- Perform competitive analysis around the current search landscape – Manage monthly invoicing and billing;
- Execute paid search optimizations including ad copy tests and keyword management, bid adjustments, etc;
- Track pacing and paid search budgets for assigned client programs;
- Implementation of campaign to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to;
- Assist in the strategy development and execution of B2C and B2B paid search campaigns;
- Effectively manage day-to-day client relationship(s), inclusive of educating clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends;
- Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution;
- Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally;
- Work with cross-functional account teams including tech, creative, research, analytics and trafficking to see campaigns through to completion;
- Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more;
- Communicate with clients directly with minimal supervision;
- Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to: bidding, copy, positioning, etc.);
- Analyze weekly campaign results, optimize programs, and execute client status reports.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstrating solid hands-on Search marketing experience, an additional benefit is you have a skill set across a variety of channels including search, social, display, affiliates & retargeting.
- Current media partner, platform or technology certifications.
- Demonstrating strength in Search marketing and developing solid recommendations guided by Bohemia's Unity process.
- Strong prior experience within Google Adwords & Adwords
- Demonstrates a good understanding of POSE channels and the role of media channels within the broader marketing efforts of clients.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the day-to-day marketing managers.
- Successful delivery of client campaign objectives & KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the Search marketing industry and the media landscape and curious to evolve learning to keep up with new technologies and players in market.
- High level usage across key proprietary & industry tools to reinforce all responses.
