BlockTrust offers end-to-end NFT, tokenisation and compliance solutions to international brands, helping them conceive and deliver a long-term web3 strategy.
We are working with major brands in commerce, fashion, gaming, sports, entertainment, news and more. We help our partners deploy their branded world, securely white-label their token offerings, privately digitise their physical assets and curators’ creations and - for the first time - truly own their audience data to unlock innovative customer engagement opportunities and new recurrent revenue streams.
BlockTrust hires people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming teams have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with each other. The BlockTrust team chooses to work remotely or in an office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, as part of being a distributed-first company.
JOB SPECIFICATION
A versed senior level Art Director looking to work on game-changing culture-shifting projects. You are digital-focused and channel agnostic, be it print, web or NFT. You are new tech curious and a geek at heart. You are passionate about your craft and the marriage of visual and user experience.

YOUR MISSION
- Concept in collaboration with a copywriter partner and other teammates
- Develop and implement creative strategy
- Create Webby awards level visual identity of the platforms/campaigns
- Team up with UX/UI designers and 3D artists to bring the creative strategies to life
- Manage the quality of all deliverables and ensure they meet stellar standards
- Prepare and facilitate creative presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients
YOUR PERSONALITY
- You are strategic, analytical and have a remarkable ability to make complex subjects understandable.
- You quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues and create alternative ways to proceed.
- You have an almost obsessive desire to ensure your work generates accurate and effective results.
- Problem solving and integrity are your most valuable assets.
- You are a self-starter, dynamic and organised. You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are confident and engaging when presenting your strategies and solutions.
- With good interpersonal skills, you have the ability to develop excellent contacts with your customers and colleagues.
YOUR JOURNEY
- 5+ years experience with communication, digital or branding design
- Knowledge of creativity and design
- Portfolio showcasing your concept and design skills
- Hands-on across multi-media software from graphics in Adobe Creative Suite to prototyping in Figma/Sketch/XD
- In-depth understanding of digital formats and UX/UI design principles
- Experience with animation, video production or 3D design
- The ability to work independently as well as a teammates
- Experience in NFT/crypto space is a plus, however, a curiosity for all things technology is a must
- Sports, Fashion or Gaming interest also a plus
- If you are a sports fan, it is a big plus.
