We help our partners deploy their branded world, securely white-label their token offerings, privately digitise their physical assets and curators’ creations and - for the first time - truly own their audience data to unlock innovative customer engagement opportunities and new recurrent revenue streams.
BlockTrust hires people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming teams have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with each other. The BlockTrust team chooses to work remotely or in an office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, as part of being a distributed-first company.
JOB SPECIFICATION
We are currently going through a fast growth phase and are looking for a visually talented Senior Creative with a strong experience in customer engagement and an interest for web3 to join our dynamic team.
Working hand-in-hand with our Creative Director, you will be a key member of the team responsible for conceiving and delivering innovative web3 creative concepts for global consumer brands. You role will revolve around the development and execution of these concepts, and the creation of assets for use in various media and contexts.

YOUR MISSION
1. Concept creative
- Assist the Creative Director in the creative process.
- Design and build clients’ decks, including development of relevant graphic assets.
2. Concept development
- Lead the development, execution and follow-up of creative concepts.
- Deal directly with some of our clients’ needs regarding original direction, editorial graphic
- design, revisions, and specifications on final delivery of projects and assignments.
- Design layouts, graphic content, illustrations etc. - from conception to delivery.
- Ensure design consistency throughout various phases of projects.
- Liaise with and manage freelancers to deliver large-scale projects.
YOUR PERSONALITY

- You are confident and engaging when presenting your designs and creative solutions.
- With good interpersonal skills, you have the ability to develop excellent contacts with your colleagues.
YOUR JOURNEY
- You have a proven track record as a senior creative or senior graphic designer.
- You have an intimate understanding of customer journeys and have work on multiple BTL engagement campaigns for global brands.
- You have a good knowledge in human-centred design strategy, including leadership over the entire design process.
- You believe web3, NFTs and the metaverse will transform how brands engage with their fans and customers.
- You have a hands-on experience in graphic design with excellent visual storytelling skills (hand sketching and finished illustrations).
- Your multi-disciplinary approach to design allows you to flex between an overall concept deck and the smallest details of an illustration.
