ABOUT BLOCKTRUST 

BlockTrust is a trusted web3 technology platform working with global brands, sports leagues and identities to authenticate and digitise physical products, drive loyalty and engagement through digital collectibles and bring next generation fantasy gaming to millions of fans globally. 

BlockTrust's current flagship program is Web3 Fantasy Cricket, which is now the second highest revenue grossing Web3 marketplace globally (more than ZedRun and TopShots). That said, with programs currently in production, in the next nine months we’ll introduce +250 million consumers around the world to web3 through programs with basketball, rugby, football, golf, combat sports and extreme sports leagues and major fashion houses, retailers and museums.

JOB SPECIFICATION 

We are currently going through a fast growth phase and are looking for seasoned account management professionals who have a demonstrable track record of driving consistent, high, demonstrable account growth in technology and/or marketing services, with a passion for web3, to join our dynamic team. 

You will be a key member of the team responsible for working with clients to execute their web3 strategy (create new revenue streams, better connect with their customers), partnering with our product and technology teams to build out a web3 roadmap to meet customer needs, and helping the customer navigate internal processes to digitally transform their business.

web3 will completely change how companies engage with their customers which means teams, roles, processes, budgets, and go to market strategies will need to change. As such, you should have concrete examples of how you’ve helped customers change their operating model that yields expected commercial outcomes where everybody wins.

You’ll typically be engaging CEOs, Boards of Directors, CMOs, CTOs and other c-suite stakeholders, so experience partnering with and challenging the c-suite is a must. 

YOUR MISSION 

Ultimately you are on point to deliver, evolve and grow a web3 program of work that cuts across marketing, product, technology.

  • Project management of web3 program delivery across product, marketing, technology, community, legal and finance.
  • On-going monitoring and management of web3 programs against expected KPIs.
  • Working with client marketing and sales teams to optimise on-going marketing of the web3 program.
  • Working with client executive team and internal teams to plan and evolve on-going web3 programs in line with web3 strategy.
  • Grow web3 program revenues in line with forecasts.
  • Pull together client and internal teams to problem solve issues as they arise.

  • You are dynamic and organised. You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a deep understanding of how business works and the value proposition for web3 for large brands.
  • Creativity, persistence, and integrity and your most valuable assets.
  • You are thoughtful, confident and engaging when challenging clients about a new way of solving problems.
  • With good interpersonal skills, you have the ability to develop excellent connections with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You are comfortable with some level of ambiguity (we’re a growing, maturing business).

  • You have a proven track record in technology, marketing and/or consulting account management working with c-suite executives at the world’s biggest companies.
  • You take a consultative approach to account management, grounded in a deep understanding of a customer’s challenges.
  • You believe web3, NFTs and the metaverse will transform how brands engage with their fans and customers.
  • You ask great questions to challenge conventional thinking and listen more than you talk.
