YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Trade Store Assistant/Storeperson to join our team based in Rockhampton QLD, to provide functional support across our trade store and warehouse environment and exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.
In this key role, you will support different areas of our distribution centre including receiving, despatch, pick, pack and bulk and work with the latest warehouse automation enhancements and our system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Picking, packing and despatching of customer orders
- Receiving, labelling, and storing of incoming goods
- Conducting, sorting, loading, and unloading of vehicles
- Ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and displayed
- Assisting on the trade store counter and general housekeeping duties
- Data entry of customer information and orders
To be successful, you will have:
- 2+ years customer service within trade store, retail & warehouse environment
- Good communication skills, a great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- A customer service mindset and the ability to work well in a team
- Experience with computer systems such as MS Dynamics is desirable
- Forklift licence and experience is high regarded but not essential
