We're on the hunt for a full time Customer Care Consultant, to join our friendly team in Kwinana WA!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Completing administrative tasks to support customer care operations
  • Striving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targets
  • Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture
  • Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

We offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one. No experience in our industry? No problem – we’ll train you!

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support
  • A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Bonus: Experience in industrial supply or trade environments
