We’re looking for a Customer Care Consultant who is a local Port Hedland resident to join our team!

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and via phone/email
  • Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred but not essential)
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
