At Blackwoods right now we’re seeking a motivated, passionate and results driven Account Manager to join our Karratha team.
Your responsibilities include:
- A "new business focus" typically needing to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities. This may involve market research, lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Conducting sales calls and site visits with customers demonstrating a strong focus on building and further developing relationships
- Planning and developing strategies based on anticipated customer needs
- Undertaking regular market and competitor analysis
- Accurate data entry and regular reporting on sales activity while remaining fully conversant with all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Providing product advice and recommendation of Blackwoods products
What you’ll bring the team:
- Strong Sales, Account Management or Business Development
- Experience ideally with exposure to the industrial, construction, local government and/or manufacturing industries
- A dedicated Sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and maximising the most out of every opportunity
- Strong work ethic coupled with a “can-do” attitude that will see you excel in this role
- Ability to work autonomously and possessing superior communication skills are essential in this role
