About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Consultant to join our Export Team within Customer Service. As the voice of our business, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience across every interaction.
This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role where you’ll support enquiries, identify solutions, and uncover sales opportunities while ensuring we consistently meet our customer promise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle customer enquiries across sales, service, and backorders, aiming for first-call resolution
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best product and service solutions
- Deliver a high-quality, efficient and positive customer experience every time
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional value
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
- Continuously look for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Actively participate in training and development programs
What You Bring
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Experience working with systems and telephony platforms
- Exposure to industrial, trade, or technical products (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities
