YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Web Support Specialist to join our team in Greystanes NSW.

This role will see you provide high level customer service experiences to both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Giving expert and friendly website support you'll help drive our Blackwoods digital footprint to new heights!

We're looking for someone to proactively develop expert knowledge of our website and confidently educate our business and customers, highlighting our websites value through training sessions and a variety of other initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support via phone, email, and in person, resolving any enquiries related to our Blackwoods website and customer online accounts
  • Act as first point of contact to triage and troubleshoot customer issues on the website, providing level 1 technical support to deliver effective solutions
  • Manage customer web migration projects, conducting training sessions on web migration options, and new web features for customers
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date web user guide and feature guide documents
  • Educate internal stakeholders and customers to increase awareness of our website functions, promoting the value these can provide when conducting business
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to tailor online offerings in line with customer requirements
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders to support with the Blackwoods digital strategy
  • Various other website based maintenance and administrative/ad hoc tasks as required

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary or TAFE qualification (eCommerce, Business, IT) highly regarded, and/or 2+ years relevant work experience in a fast paced environment
  • Confident communication skills, and comfortable with public speaking as the role with require you to lead and present training sessions
  • Previous experience with eCommerce and ERP platforms essential
  • Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and other associated administration systems desirable but not essential
  • Motivated and proactive approach, with strong multi-tasking, time management, and organisational skills to work quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage complaints and build customer loyalty
