YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to exciting growth in the business and promotions, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Consultants to join our customer service team based in Canning Vale WA, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

In this challenging and rewarding role you will proactively look for solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customers and business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes. 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to one of Blackwoods largest customers via telephone calls, emails and other business systems
  • You will be empowered to investigate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly
  • There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes

You will be eager to learn and understand the commercial relationships our Mega Mining customers bring to Blackwoods and be pro-active in ensuring you keep yourself up to date with all processes, procedures and updates

To be successful, you will have:

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am to 5:30pm
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
