NOW HIRING: Warehouse Supervisor – Newcastle, NSW
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on leader to coordinate day-to-day operations at our Newcastle warehouse and support our team leaders in achieving site goals.
This role is all about leading from the front — overseeing key warehouse functions like receipting, inventory management, order picking, packing, and freight coordination. You’ll play a vital role in driving performance, safety, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and motivate warehouse teams to deliver results
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, service, and productivity
- Manage labour performance and ensure operational targets are met
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Coach and mentor staff, supporting career development and succession planning
- Monitor and report on Workplace Health & Safety compliance
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in fast-paced environments, with strong leadership experience
- Solid background in warehouse operations — experience with industrial products is a bonus!
- Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential
- Skilled in performance management and confident in solving operational challenges
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills; experience with MS Dynamics is highly valued
