YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to business growth we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our inbound Export team at our Carole Park QLD office.

Whilst you will be focusing on providing sales and product support to our customers, no day will ever be the same! We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.

This is an office-based role, and our Export Customer Care Consultants deliver exceptional service to a specific group of customers both domestically and internationally through phone calls and email correspondence.

What your new role entails:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, assisting customers via telephone or email with a consistent ‘customer first’ mentality
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
  • Active participation in vendor product training to develop product knowledge and support customer needs
  • Manage customer quotes, orders, general enquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues
  • Take ownership and actively engage in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships
  • Coordinating the transportation of customers' goods throughout the entire logistics process

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales and service environment, managing competing priorities
  • High attention to detail, with demonstrated problem solving and investigation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
  • Experience in a similar role / industry will be highly advantageous, but not essential
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with opportunities for continuous development
