YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join our high performing team based in Regency Park SA.
The purpose of this role is to participate in administration duties within the Distribution Centre with a focus on delivering safety, high level service, and operational excellence to meet the requirements of the business.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Understand all relevant D365 programs and reporting methods and action reports accordingly
- Liaise with freight providers, customer service, vendors and any other external parties to assist with problem solving and delivery of optimum service performance to our customers
- Manage Purchase Order exceptions to ensure receivals workflow is not restricted due to exception based issues. This includes analysis of root cause and addressing any ongoing vendor related exceptions with parties external to Warehouse team
- Analysis and follow up on daily Warehouse related workflow to ensure completion of daily DC operations workload. This will include analysis and follow up on outstanding picking, outstanding receivals, outstanding putaways, outstanding embellishment workload and daily Despatch completion
- Proactively drive efficiencies throughout the business to optimise resource allocation and achieve a high level of customer service
- Assisting in the trade store as required
To be successful, you will have:
- The ability to action consistent and accurate data entry into business systems
- Administration experience, with a solutions focused mindset
- Previous experience and knowledge of warehouse operations
- Strong organisation skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional time management, prioritising conflicting tasks where needed
- Confident with Microsoft products - Excel and Word are essential in this role
- Clear verbal and written communication essential
