The Role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Broome Trade Store!

Joining a phenomenally long tenured team (the last recruitment for this store happened back in 2005), we are providing the rare opportunity for someone new to become part of our community.

You'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of running a successful trade store, learning from experienced colleagues while building valuable skills for your future career.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, and/or trades is beneficial but not required for success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
  • Providing expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
  • Keeping administration organised as required
  • Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
