YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In this role as Enterprise Integration Manager, you will oversee the integration capabilities to support Blackwood’s digital transformation ensuring readiness to support the business needs.
Using your technical skills, you will be leading your team while partnering with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration. Going beyond technical oversight, this role sees you as an enabler of digital resilience and operational excellence.
Some of the tasks:
- Support the business to ensure seamless connectivity between core business systems
- Enable growth and innovation via rapid onboarding of partners and digital services
- Lead a team with a focus on coaching and developing technical skills
- Be involved in future proofing projects as part of business wide digital transformation
- Champion best practice across integration, automation, cloud, and DevOps
- Foster a continuous improvement mentality
Some of the key skills:
- Strong understanding of Boomi middleware
- Experience with Azure SQL databases and Azure integration services
- Good knowledge of integration architecture, implementation and monitoring
- Ability to forward plan and problem solve
- Strong collaboration skills with the team to support goals
- High level written and verbal communication
- Exposure to AI and solution optimisation advantageous
