Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our iconic Wesfarmers business at our Geraldton Trade Store, WA.
This role offers variety, customer interaction, and hands‑on store support—no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high‑quality customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Recommend products and services to meet customer needs
- Process and track customer orders efficiently
- Maintain store standards through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Support warehouse tasks and manual handling when required
What You'll Bring:
- Customer service experience in retail or trade environments (desirable)
- Strong customer‑first focus with clear communication skills
- Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office
- Proven time management, problem‑solving, and self‑motivation
- Safety‑focused mindset (forklift licence desirable, not essential)
