The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Scoresby Distribution Centre. This role is responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing office maintenance, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, and ensuring employees and visitors experience a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating efficient workplaces, and has strong administrative and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related service requests.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Support workplace health and safety compliance, inspections, and reporting.
- Monitor office supplies, amenities, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and workplace safety initiatives.
- Track facilities expenses and assist with budget administration.
- Maintain accurate facilities records, documentation, and compliance registers.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience.
Ideal Candidate will have
- Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is desirable.
- A hands-on, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
