Facilities Coordinator - Scoresby VIC

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Scoresby Distribution Centre. This role is responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing office maintenance, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, and ensuring employees and visitors experience a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating efficient workplaces, and has strong administrative and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related service requests.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and building management.
• Support workplace health and safety compliance, inspections, and reporting.
• Monitor office supplies, amenities, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and workplace safety initiatives.
• Track facilities expenses and assist with budget administration.
• Maintain accurate facilities records, documentation, and compliance registers.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience.

Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is desirable.
• A hands-on, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
