YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a friendly, solution‑focused Customer Care Consultant to join our supportive team in our trade store in Singleton. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers—listening, problem‑solving, and helping deliver positive outcomes every day.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leader and a close‑knit team who are passionate about great service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your customer service skills, gain exposure to issue resolution and escalations, and develop your confidence in a role where your contribution truly matters.

This is a full‑time, 12‑month maximum‑term role, with potential opportunities to continue and grow your career within the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, with a strong focus on first‑contact resolution
  • Completing customer care administration accurately and on time
  • Meeting service level targets and response timeframes
  • Working collaboratively within a positive, customer‑focused team environment

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a genuine desire to help customers
